What is your refund policy (this policy does not limit your statutory rights which are outlined in Digital River’s Terms of Sale)?
All returns must be made within 14 calendar days (this excludes warranty cases) from the day the goods were delivered. Before returning the goods we kindly ask you to contact Logitech Customer Care by phone or by email in following this link : http://www.logitech.com/support.

Engraved orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

The retailer will process the refund of the payments after receipt of the product provided it is undamaged. The cost of returning the product shall be paid by the customer, if the price of the product to be returned is 40 Euros or less, unless the goods supplied are returned because of incorrect delivery. For the detailed returns policy and the return address refer to the terms and conditions of the retailer of your choice.

Extended Holiday Return Policy
Shop with confidence during the holiday season!
Each year we extend our normal 14-day return policy so that the holiday gifts you purchase from November 15 through December 23 can be returned for any reason until January 31 of the following year. Your refund will include the purchase price and original shipping and handling charges.

After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).

How do I cancel an auto-renew subscription?
To cancel your subscription order, please send a cancellation request to Customer Care. You will need to enter your order number, select the "Subscription Request" subject, then select "Please cancel auto-renew on my subscription."

What is your policy on cancelled subscriptions?
Shoppers (subscribers) will receive the subscription service for the full time period for which they have paid, even if the auto-renewal option is cancelled. Cancelling the auto-renewal on a monthly subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following month, but the subscriber will continue to receive the subscription until that time. Similarly, cancelling an annual auto-renew subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following year, but a subscriber will continue to receive the subscription for the remainder of the year.
